Vodafone app not working after port

Since porting my number from EE the Vodafone app doesn't work. It gives me message 'we're having a few technical difficulties at the moment. We're working hard to get things sorted'. I've uninstalled and re installed. I've cleared my iCloud backup. I've turned off and on. I've rang customer services who said they couldn't help.

The my account section of the website works fine, just not the app. Any ideas?

@Louise_E can you update us on the app resolution as so many people are having an issue with it ?

As i have said time and time again, on many posts, and ill say it again

 

(1) I have used live chat

(2) 191 service

(3) Emailed support last week

 

Dont know why you cant undersatnd that I have tried all the options available and so have many on this forum

 

No joy. My question was, and Ill repeat again,

No rocket science, dont send me a pm link, that doesnt work. What I need to know is that the original query on this thread was posted on '08/09/2016' whats the situation with that, have u been able to resolve this or is sending an email link a stalling tactic because you/vodafone are unable to fix ths issue. How about an honest answer and then I can go and cancel my account and go to another provider ?

I can't believe she just wrote that!! There are so many people complaining that the app doesn't work. Even the Vodafone shop acknowledged there is a known issue!!!

If you live in Berkshire perhaps a visit to their HQ might wake them.up a little? Lol

There is no point asking these vf reps in here, they clearly haven't got a clue!
