Vodafone smart prime 6 screen unresponsive

Hi, my Vodafone Smart Prime 6 screen has stopped responding, I can't even turn it off. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried a long hold of the Off Button ?

If various techniques are not working then if you can perform a back up to protect any data you wish to keep that's retained in the phones memory and remove any Sd Card (handset dependant) and perform a Factory Reset which is within the phones settings or Hard Reset which is performed usually by different button presses. This is a last resort option.
