What you want is an NFC SIM and they should be available from shops. I'm not sure whether the migration of accounts from the old to new billing system is complete. If it isn't, then they need to check which you're on as there are two types of SIM. Each type has the wifi symbol on the front; one is blank on the back, the other says "NFC legacy".
If you're still getting nowhere, email UKwalletsuport at vodafone.com* and they should be able to sort you out. If there's a shop that doesn't know about NFC SIMs, tell them.
