Voicemail Not Working Since Porting 2 Numbers

Just ported over 2 Numbers from O2.  I have a blackberry q10 and a HTC one M8.

Voicemail does not work on either phone.

Dials out and the call just ends.

I have tried enabling and disabling the voicemail..

Any help would be appreciated.

All sorted after a call to techy support..  Something to do with the port over.  Got sorted out in a few minutes
