Hi,

I used the wallet with limited success at the weekend following a recent sim swap for a new NFC sim. There is a small yellow exclamation mark showing on the card icon within the app. When I used the device on London underground stations I received an error which indicated 2 cards were present or simply the card was not recognised. The sim card is not recognised when the phone is powered off. I don't have any other payment services enabled such as android pay.

My first suggestion would be to visit your nearest Vodafone store and ask them to replace your SIM with a new one. This way we'll be able to rule out a faulty SIM.
