Web site won't accept postcode for Sure Signal

I have changed Internet providers so I want to re-enter my postcodefor my VSS to put an end to the annoying messages that result from an IP address change.

Problem is, though, that the Web site seems broken with respect to updating the postcode. Whne I enter a Post Code it asks for a house number - when I enter a house number it says I don't need to enter a house number - but I'm not able to save a post code. Endless loop! I have tried Chrome and Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

UPDATE: Same on Firefox as well as CHROME and IE.
