When will Blackberry 10.3.1.2558 be pushed out by Vodafone?

As the header says, can anyone at Vodafone shed any light on when this critical update 10.3.1.2558 will be pushed out to replace the abismal corrupted 10.3.1.1565 which has affected thousands apon thousands of various BB models around the world.

for those that have received it so far they have confirmed it has fixed the

OpenSSL Factoring attack on RSA-EXPORT

and also the 50% lower ringtone even though still not as loud as before update and also fixed the non existent callender notifications.

updated mine last night using sachesi now running 10.3.1.2582. Plenty of volume on everything. I have the file ready to go with sachesi2 if anyone wants it, but on your head if it goes tits up.My Q10 is running sweet.

can you not change to another profile?

ive not heard of anyone else being stuck on silent as of yet.

I've just recived an update notification to download an OS update. I've done that and I'm now on OS Ver 2576 Software release 10.3.1.1779

still no reply from vodafone

my passport is still showing 1565 and there is no way to search for software update like on my Q10 and there is no way i am downloading anything new to my passport.

will check my Q10 tonight. thanks

The update went well, all seems to be in order. The only difference I see so far is that there is a BBM Meetings icon I didn't see before. I know some have said notifications were too quiet; I didn't get that issue and it seems the same as it's always been. It maybe device dependent.

just received the 10.3.1.1779 on my Q10 so updating (nothing could make it any worse than it already is).

my passport is still showing i need to download 10.3.1.1565 which will NEVER happen.

the passport already has pre loaded 10.3.0.908 so i already have the base 10.3

if there is no way to overide the 1565 and let me load 1779 instead then my passport will never have an update which will be a shame as if 10.3 would actually work properly then its a nice OS.

Have you tried rigging the Passport up to BlackBerry link - that is how I got the latest update to 1779. Or go the sachesi route.

sadly cant do that.

link has been corrupt and not even bb support (who were the ones that downloaded it remotely) or voda support can remove it.

its just there. im a techy and i cant even get rid of it via registry or normal modes.

cant remove, cant repair,cant install.

cant install blend as that says its already loaded but ive never loaded that software so i link is affecting that as well.

only a windows install will get rid of it but with over 400gb of important stuff on computer i just dont have time to do that either.

moment of truth.

callender notification set and lets see if it plays longer than 2 seconds.

ive not looked into sachesi route so will check it out. ta

Vodafone UK update Q10 last night to 1779 

compared to previous 2 second ringtone and 1 vibrate.

now zero notification and zero vibrate for any callender entry alarm.

many attempts last night and no joy whatsoever.

general ringtone for phone has not increased also. checking ringtone in folder it is much louder.

so for me so far no improvement and only thing ive noticed different is a new bbm icon which i dont use.

strange how the update has helped some but not all.

will test more tonight as at work now.
