I've got an iPad plan that's due for upgrade. I contacted Vodafone 19/12 was told I could upgrade and ordered the iPhone 16GB. Received no info so contacted again 3/1 was told checkout was never completed so the order would be placed. Today I called the upgrade team and was told I can't upgrade unless to another tablet. I pay for the line and am happy to pay the increase each month. Is there a reason Vodafone won't allow upgrades from a tablet contract to a phone contract?
