Why I don't have my money back

I ordered online one iphone 6 three weeks ago, but when the phone were coming I changed my mind, I refused the box, I don't touch the box, just signed refused and delivery man put back the phone in his car and go back to Vodafone. The problem is 69 pounds missing from my account. I colled Vodafone for four times, chatting on net, one man told me 5-7 working days and I will have money back (today is 9-th working day). No money back. Just in case online number order is 0000001493329619. "Thanks" Vodafone
