Why does the SureSignal not have a UI?

I can't understand why on earth the SureSignal does not have a User Interface for local diagnostics. It would pay for its development in a moment because of a much lower number of support calls / messages. It doesn't need to offer config options, but monitoring like

 

- Path MTU on the network

- Latency to VF servers

- Packet loss to VF servers

- Log of errors and reboots

- Attached devices

 

At a minimum it would help answer the question we see 200 times a day on this forum "why isn't my SureSignal working". Come on Vodafone, sort it out! It isn't a new product after all.
