Recently bought a Contract sim to play World of Warcraft on but it wont connect. All it does is re-direct my browser to www.vodafone.com?
I have tried to get this sorted by live chat, but after multiple failed attempts I have come to a full stop.
Can anyone help as i am left with a 12 month contract which is completely useless unless i can get it to work

You'll need to make sure the content control bar is turned off. On the newest update of the My Vodafone app you can switch your content control settings on or off.
Please follow these steps:
- Click the drop down menu in the top right hand corner (3 lines)
- Tap on 'My offers and extras' and select 'Buy extras'
- Click 'Bars and data alerts'
- Choose 'Age-restricted content bar'
Try this and let us know how you get on.
