Where are you seeing this message? It sounds more like one of those things that wants you to download a "fix" for your pc than anything else - a piece of marketing rather than an error message from the phone itself. If the message is within another app, it's just an advert and you can ignore it. If you find it annoying, you'll need to uninstall the app where it appears.
