An engineer is expected on site Monday morning to take log files and screen prints of the system alarms so that further checks can be performed into the cause of the problem. While it is unlikely that we will be able to fix it on the same day, we have also ordered new parts for the site that are expected to resolve the issue, but are still waiting on an expected delivery date for these.
If you need any further updates after Monday, just give us a shout
