blackberry curve sms not sending

when I try to send a SMS a message comes up saying 'requested facility not subscribed' with a red cross next to it, my watsapp messages wont send too. Also, when i ring someone it says 'connection to this number is restricted on this phone'. Can anyone help?

Has this happened recently?

When you look at your phone, is it picking up a signal?

If not, take a look here.

If you can get a signal, update the Host Routing Table.
