Hello,
My bsr femto sure signal has no lights showing on the front.
I have tried to do the hard reset sequence recommended and still have no lights.
The transformer is working fine as I can see the lights on the ethernet port.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Thankyou for your reply.
The faq does not address my question. Power is going into the unit but no lights appear on the front panel.
In the absence of any other information I can only assume the unit has failed.
I have bought a replacement and installed it but am still interested to know if my old sure signal is actually unserviceable. Anyone out there know how I can check.
Kind regards,
Peter

Hi pvandenberg,
If you've got an alternative power supply for the Sure Signal, it's worth trying.
I've known of cases where the power outage hasn't been sufficient for the Sure Signal to operate.
If it's still not working after trying this, then it's most likely reached the end of the line
Thanks,
Matt B

Hi Matt,
I have checked the tranformer and it is functioning correctly. It seems I will have to accept that the sure signal unit has reached the end of the line. It appears to be manufactured with very cheap, unserviceable components and yet the unit itself is expensive. Altogether very disappointing from a user's perspective.
Thanks for your reply,
