Hi and Welcome to the forum
From help page http://support.vodafone.co.uk/ "The age-restricted content bar (sometimes known as content control) is our way of protecting younger customers from seeing inappropriate pictures and internet content. It restricts access to: Chat and dating services Erotica Gambling Violent games To remove content control for the first time we’ll need to check you’re over 18. Just get in touch so we can do this. You’ll need a credit card or another form of ID to hand. Once you’ve proved you’re over 18 you can switch the age-restricted content bar on or off in My Vodafone. After you’ve turned your bar on or off, please wait 10 minutes and restart your device. You should then have access to your age-restricted content straight away, though in some rare cases this may take up to 24 hours. Please note: the age-restricted content bar only works on our mobile network, not on Wi-Fi. Also, you can only make changes if you’re the account holder, unless you’re a nominated third party (like a carer) and we’ve agreed that you’ve got permission to do so."
Live Chat is another avenue which is found in the 'Contact Us' Link at the foot of the forum page. Please use a Pc or Mac to use this service. You may need to leave the Live Chat page open a short time for Live Chat to initialise.
If you do go into store to see if they can help then please do take Photo ID to prove your identity.
