de regerstering sure signal box no accsess to prevous owner

Hi there , iv just bought a sure signal box v2 but have found it is not de registerd, but an unable to contact the prevous owner, can i still de register it ?

Hello dorsetboy

It wont be possible to deregister the device dorsetboy.  Due to all the data protection regulations, only the person who has the device register to their account, can ask Vodafone to deregister.
