elusive dongle order

Sorry not sure where to post this. I am a new customer and ordered a dongle online last Thursday (1st jan). Bar one text I have heard nothing, my account has been set up but there is no information on it. The online helpline are really vague and keep telling me it will arrive soon and that i will be sent an e mail. Anyone else had similar issues or can offer some advice. I'm debating whether to cancel my order and go to another provider as i am desperate for the dongle (currently have no WiFi at home and trying to set up a new business). I'm not even sure how i would go about cancelling an order as Vodafone seem so reluctant to communicate. Thanks for any help!
