expanation of "unlimited texts"

I have a HTC M8 my contracted bundel states (amoungst other things) that I have unlimited UK mins and unlimed texts (not unlimited uk texts, therefore why am I being charged for texts to spain ?

ust wright it clearl  te "bundled" info that it is UK texts thats all I ask not hidden elswhere !!!!!
