iPhone 4s won't connect to SureSignal

I have an LG Nexus 5 which uses my suresignal whenever I make a call.

My wife is registered as a user but whenever she makes an outgoing call it doesn't use the SureSignal despite her being registered as a user. I even unregistered and re-registered her, still no luck.

What can I do to make it work, signal here is very poor so she can barely make any calls.

Is 3G switched on in your wife’s iPhone settings?

Settings>General>Mobile Data>Enable 3G ‘On’
