Hi, I just want to share my solution to connecting a new i phone 5 to VSS2 as it combines a number of actions suggested in different threads and has worked for me. First I de-registered the Sure Signal, waited an hour, then re-registered to my husband's account, adding in all the existing numbers at the same time. The VSS2 re-configured in about 10 minutes. Our two Blackberry handsets (a Bold and a Torch) then had 3G, but the i phone was still dead. Then I put the i phone into Airplane mode for 1 minute (30 seconds was suggested but I wanted to be sure), then switched it off again. The i phone went into search mode and hey presto I have a full signal. Hope this helps others with this problem.
