Just thought I would give people a little insight into how the past 2 iPhone pre-orders have happened in regards to dates and times. Hopefully this will help solve some questions that will come about during the days before shipping.

- email informing that the phone won't be with me at launch 18/09/14 18:45
- email to say the phone is ready to collect in store 23/09/14 10:40

- ordered 13:15 13/09/14 confirmation 13:15
- dispatch email 18/09/14 19:07
- Device recieved on launch date
iPhone 6S Plus
- Ordered 08:05 12/09/15 confirmation 08:57
- Dispatch email 24/09/15 19:00
- Device recieved on launch date
As you can see vodafone don't tell you much and you can expect to stay on stage 2 on the tracking til just before shipping where it then flicks to stage 3 then to stage 4.
