installed software but broadband not working plus no dial up allowed 

light flashing blue the whole time 

tried updating firmware but got error code: download loader.wrapped fail 

Windows 10 64-bit 

 

please help

Hi @Charltonz1

 

How long has it been since the dongle was last used?  Your problem here could be that the SIM has been disconnected from the network and a replacement SIM for the dongle from a Vodafone Store may solve the problem.

 

Take the dongle into a Vodafone Store, they will be able to help.
