I have a fairly old mobile broadband dongle (K3520). I was running it under VMC 10.2 and thought I might try 10.3 (thinking that maybe that version will match the recent change to the billing period).
I had tried to install it before but there was some ridiculous issue and I reverted to 10.2 (after a few attempts to uninstall). I tried again and I'm now back to 9.3 (supplied on the dongle) after persistent errors de-registering (Windows error 1722 for anyone interested).
But I see from the 10.3 user guide that my old dongle isn't even listed.
So what is the best version to use with a K3520, or can I maybe get an upgrade (free)?

Hi mikehoath,
The best version of software to use alongside the K3520 would be the 10.2 version.
If you'd like to upgrade, take a look at your My Vodafone account for the latest offers.
Thanks,

I've recently inherited a K3520 mobile broadband dongle from a colleague.
I can't get it to work with my MacBook Air.
Does the dongle work with the latest Mac OS X Yosemite software?
I've downloaded the latest version of the Vodafone Mobile Broadband software. But still can't get the dongle to work. It does not get recognised by the computer in any way when I plug it in.
(I've tried it on an old mac with an older operating system and that recognises the device - so the dongle works, just not on the computer I need it working on).
Can you advise please?

Hi @camc56
I've replied to your other post here.
Take a look at our Vodafone Mobile Broadband Software for compatibility info.
Thanks,
Amanda
