1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

It happens in Brecon. Signal regains after 2-3miles

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No service

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? Don't get 2g,3G or 4g on Vodafone in this area!

6) When did you first notice this issue? This is the third day

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permenent in Brecon

Hello,

Looking at the Vodafone Network Checker Here.

Your local and surrounding masts are showing as ok but also says this is a fringe coverage area.

That said some work is planned in the next 3 months to bring 4g coverage.

I have no access to your full postcode so I'm just checking ld3.

In the interim a Sure Signal would help as it creates a 3G signal in the home as it works off Home Broadband Wifi.  It does cost £69 initially to buy it.

Or if using an eligible phone and contract type there is Vodafone Calling Over Wifi.

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

Hi

I also have no signal. It is now day 4, intermittent at the start but permanent now and other people I know are saying the same yet there are no issues in the network coverage checker??

@Annajd @ET I've taken a look into your area on our network status checker. I can see there's planned maintenance currently taking place on your local serving site (1210).

'We're doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to have things back to normal by 6pm 19 May 2017.'

This appears if you zoom out a few times on the coverage map.

Yes thanks for that, I have seen that message on the coverage checker but it also stated there were no issues and that everything is fine which it obviously isn't lol. I have intermittent signal atm so hopefully it will be back to normal or even better by tomorrow night 😀

@ET As the work taking place is planned maintenance, it won't pop up on the 'unexpected issues' tab. :smileyhappy:

However, as mentioned this should be back to normal after 6pm on 19 May.

If you have any further issues after this time, please be sure to let us know.
