As per the info at the start of the process, although the installed software takes up and extra 80MB of storage, you need 3GB free to do it. Do you have enough free space? If not transfer files to storage card or to a PC then move it back after.

Hi laura i have tried looking on there but still not any further than whats i was , my galaxy s4 is on pay monthly i dont have mobile insurance but if i was to take my device to a vodafone uk store would they be able to send it away for repair under the manufacturers warranty ? pay monthly contract was took out in august so the contract its not even a year in yet.

Hi @rob2015

That'll be fine. If you can visit your nearest Vodafone store, a member of staff can help.

Thanks,
