I order an upgrade the other week and it arrived Saturday but I'm yet to have any service. I've noticed today that my new contract has gone into my old phone what should I do??
If you've had to change SIM card size then a sim swap will be required to move your mobile number and tariff from the old sim to the new sized one via http://m.vodafone.co.uk/mobile/simswap/index.htm
Tip -> Typically turning the phone off and on or airplane mode on and off every 20 minutes or so helps the sim connect to the Network as the simswap progresses.
