oracle dbase error while logging on to web account

hello all,

I've had this issue for a while.

Every time I attempt to reset my password, and try to login with a temporary password I am re-directed to this Oracle Access Manager Page. This happens on my phone and PC , tried differrent browsers , cleared cache and turned antivirus off and have tried live chat - too long and painful!, telephonic conversation seems futil.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Me too, all of the above and for over two years now!!! Fed up with painful phone calls for help which just result in a password reset which I can do myself! Frustrating is not the word!! If you managed to get this sorted I'd be grateful to know how please.
