Hi
Any credit will remain on the account unless any of it taken for usage for calls and texts and Data or if on a Big Value Bundle where credit is taken for a months allowances.
Also some activity such as calls etc needs to be performed every 180 days to stop the account being closed down. If it closes down both the number and any credit would be lost.

when chatting to customer services they told me i must use the 'phone at least every 90 days , but i wasnt convinced .
the attraction of vodafone for me is the good signal here in west wales , against that the voice call charges (30p/m) are much higher than competitors.
