phone number lost

I cannot find my mobile number to do a topup and my data sim cannot fit in my phone to do #100# because my phone takes a mini sim. Obviously i do have the code written on the sim itself. Any ideas?

Also any Vodafone Highstreet Store will be able to let you put the SIM card in one of their phones. 

Or ask a family member, friend or work colleague with a compatible phone to insert your sim into it.
