I am in need of a proof of purchase and a proof of blacklisting my iPhone in order to claim through an external insurance provider, however this can not be done by vodafone stores, can not be solved over the phone by customer services and i have emailed 'consumer@help.vodofone.co.uk' 3 times with the relevant information, also every single time i try to chat to an adviser online it shows that there are nil available, how do i resolve this problem and get these 2 simple documents?

Proof of I think would be the paperwork you received with the phone details on.
You may need to access Live Chat from a PC or Mac and leave the Chat Window open for it to initialise.
Usually this information is available via Customer Services and the available routes of contact with them.
Hope you get this required information ASAP.

There is no customer facing email address.
If you do not have the original receipt, Live Chat will help get your proof of purchase. If chat is busy, just keep the window open until an advisor is available.
