I have just tried to change the 'phone number of a user on one of our Sure Signal devices.

That hoary old rejection "Sorry etc. etc. ....we are working hard blah blah blah"

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON  FOR SEVEN YEARS.

Are you that incompetent?

GET THE PROBLEM SOLVED. SHOW AT LEAST ALITTLE ABILITY.

If this was my situation @dmlox id be unimpressed too. Especially if id tried all I could do at my end. 

May I ask have Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat been able to process the change your wanting to do ?
