s5 not connected to network.

So my phone was working fine last night. Woke up to see my phone was not connected to network.
Tried my sim in wife's s5 and works fine. Her sim won't work in mine. Also tried an O2 card and that won't connect.
Tried to connect manually and won't connect.
Did a factory reset a few times...nothing!!!!
I took it to Vodafone a month ago and it was sent away.
After a week and a half I got a small to say that it was beyond repair!!!!!
When I picked it up from the shop it had Android lollipop installed and worked fine.
2 weeks later and it's happened again.
Any ideas?????

Don't want to send it away again. So ideas on how to wipe data and restore like Vodafone did would help.
When I factory reset on the phone it happens again.

It may be worth taking to Samsung and seeing if they can do anything with the phone.

ON all of the other tings you've done, have you tried a replacement SIM.  They're generally reliable, but do fail from time to time.  If you haven't done that, it'd be worth a try.   If it doesn't do any good, I'd take drey_p's advice and go direct to Samsung (look on the Support tab of their UK website).
