Good evening,
My daughter has a samsung Ace GT-5830i and yesterday it started to reboot and goes through the reboot cycle constantly.
I have tried removing the battery and doing a factory reset but it still reboots. I went to reload/update the bios but when I tried to connect it to KIES it said that the SIM was incompatible....maybe its because its not getting past the boot cycle?
has anyone had and fixed this or can anyone help with any advice on how to overcome this problem please?
