some has gained admin rights over my suresignal

I've just logged into my suresignal to see that someone else seems to 'own' it and I am only a user? How can this be? How to I regain admin rights?

When you say you've logged in to yor Sure Signal, do you mean the admin page on the web site?
If so, I wonder whether, when you're viewing your own user entry, this is the normal view? In mine, when viewing users, the owner is shown as the name I gave to the Sure Signal.

Thanks for the response. You are correct, I am logging in using the web. I can see the name I gave the suresignal, owner: 'someone i've never hear of' and the 'Your role' User.

Unfortunatetly the site is dog-slow so I can't check further at the moment but, if my memory serves, the entry point for registration of the Sure Signal differs from that to manage users/phones. Will this allow you to check your registration?

At the moment the only option I have is to remove myself from my suresignal.
