hi everyone, i lost my iPhone 6 yesterday night and it was unlocked. i am wondering can thief use my iPhone 6 in UK or different country? i reported to the police but i think they can still use it because it was unlocked?

If the device was unlocked, it means that it can be used with a non-Vodafone SIM card, so yes, it could be used in a different country on a different network. Have you contacted Vodafone to advise them that it is lost?  If not, I would advice you to do so.  You're liable for all calls made using your SIM card until it is blocked.  Also, by reporting it lost, the handset can be blocked which prevents other people from using it.

Do you have find my iPhone activated on it? If so, get online and wipe all your data and kill the phone. It might be too late by now of course, but if it's switched on you can get a location for it. Depends if it was stolen by a pro or a spotty kid has picked it up. Either way, speed is of the essence
