Ive requested an unlock code about a week ago but have still not had an email. Ive checked all the email folders

Perhaps check with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat to check the status of your request.
It can occasionally take Vodafone 10 days to respond with a code.
Although the initial email should come through.
"You’ll receive a confirmation email when your application is received, then another within 48 hours if we already have the code. However, in some instances we may need to contact the device’s manufacturer which can take up to 10 working days – we’ll let you know if this is the case."
