Hi all,

 

I am on a sim only plan with vodafone, will be upgrading at the end of the month. Can anyone confirm whether they still give you discounts/deals for upgrading like they used to. the cust service rep I spoke to last week was quoting me options on iphone 6 but when i checked the prices online they are identical to those i was quoted. Hence, I was being treated like a new cutomer

Hi there

 

When you choose an iPhone tariff, Vodafone don't negotiate on the prices seen here.  So, whether you are a new or existing customer, those are the prices that you can expect to pay.  There may be some room for negotiation, if you choose another phone.
