Have Customer services advised you why the wait on the handset.
Is it delayed / out of stock.
I hope you receive the phone soon.
Can you use the tracking facility from Vodafone?
Another last resort option would be to cancel the current upgrade and upgrade in a Vodafone Store although you'd need to pre check they have them in stock, and it would take a couple of days'ish for the cancellation to clear before you could upgrade again. Also some online deals are not exactly matched by the highstreet stores sometimes.

Their maybe some email information sat in your trash / spam folder with tracking info on.
I understand the frustration with this and as I see this you do have a couple of options.
