I have never received such bad service! 9th day waiting for Samsung s6 edge 5 hours on the phone spent to you after each time you promise a day the phone never arrives!!!!!
promised phone today and surprise surprise no confirmation text message!!!!!!!!

Have Customer services advised you why the wait on the handset. 

 

Is it delayed / out of stock. 

 

I hope you receive the phone soon. 

 

Can you use the tracking facility from Vodafone?

 

Another last resort option would be to cancel the current upgrade and upgrade in a Vodafone Store although you'd need to pre check they have them in stock, and it would take a couple of days'ish for the cancellation to clear before you could upgrade again.  Also some online deals are not exactly matched by the highstreet stores sometimes.

They have messed up my delivery address, and keep sending the phone out with incorrect details to DPD!
spent nearly 2 hours on phone yesterday getting all resolved brand new delivery for today! no text no email and no tracking information

Their maybe some email information sat in your trash / spam folder with tracking info on. 

 

I understand the frustration with this and as I see this you do have a couple of options. 

 

  1. Ring Customer services or use Live Chat for an update.
  2. Ring DPD to ask if your parcel is on despatch for delivery (although you shouldn't really have to)
  3. Wait and trust it arrives.
