vodapone have put on content control due to a fault, when will it be fixed they couldnt take my call

keep getting a message saying contents control has been switched on due to fault, try to phone was on hold for half an hour, and was told they could not take my call cause there was an emergency. can anyone tell me what wrong and when will it be fixed. i cant load anything, thankyou

Hi JoanneFraser,

If there is a network issue in your area then the content control will automatically apply to all accounts for security reasons.  Any known issues in your area can all be seen here.

You can remove the content control on your account yourself though providing you are indeed over 18 and hold a valid UK Credit Card (£1 will be taken for authorisation purposes).  Just log into My Account and then 'Manage my Settings' down the left hand side.
