windows phone 8S stuck in aeroplane mode

Hi i have been having a problem now with my phone for a week now, it is stuck in aeroplane mode, i have tried numerous times factory resetting it but the problem hasn't gone and it will not let me change it in the settings.

I've noticed quite a few reports of this globally regarding Windows phones getting stuck (Google here).

If a factory reset and restore hasn't worked it'd be worth taking to a Vodafone store and arranging a repair if needed.
