You are offering fibre deals online, status checker says my address is available, but, apparently the deals arent loaded on the system, when is the system being updated, cant understand why you would load a deal that you arent ready to offer

Hi Lucy, i have tried that route twice and the guys are really helpful, but, they say the deals are not showing on the system

@DavebuAre you possibly referring to deals that are only available via 3rd party sites, such as Giftcloud?
Try going via a comparison site such as MSE.

No they are advertised on Vodafone, but, when you get to the final part, the message changes to speak with an agent and the agents say that the offer hasnt been loaded onto the system. Why advertise something that you cant fulfil, BT can offer it now! so the infrastructure is there

Are you actually saying you can't get full fibre, or is it something else?
