Hi, I've been trying to upgrade to fibre 500 and have placed an order 5 times since March and all 5 orders have been cancelled with no explanation?
Can anyone help?

Hi Charlotte, I've tried the TOBI thing and it doesn't understand my questions. I've also contacted the broadband support team each time my order was cancelled. They simply placed a new order which was subsequently cancelled creating a seemingly never ending circle. I'm going to call to a Vodafone store..

Try TOBI without the dumb ai. Just a few security questions and you're through to a human.
