Hello
Signed up for Vodafone FFTP today , received email giving temp password for My Vodaphone
Managed to change password ok
However can't login get "Sorry unexpected error when trying to log you in , please wait a moment and try again "
Have tried multiple times same message
When I enter a incorrect password on purpose it states can't recognise your login details , so password I'm using is correct but will not work
Any ideas ? Do I have to wait until new product is installed before I can login to my vodafone portal ? or is this a problem ?

This has been going on for as long as I have been here. (over 3 years)
For some people (but not all, I had no problem) they are unable to log on to their account until the service goes live.
No one has ever been able to explain why.
