I have 500 mbit down and every day at 7 or 8 pm my connection becomes unusable basically. I can't stream anything, speed drops significantly. This happens every day at this hour until like 10 or 11 pm.

Worth testing when connected directly to the VF router via Ethernet cable. If it still happens, raise a case with VF support as it sounds like something they need to support. As consumers, we have very little, I.E no access to the router to be able to perform any advanced t-shooting steps past the suggested ethernet cable testing... Other than switching it off and on again of course 🙂

It would be worth running a BQM for at least 24hrs, it'll likely show us some of what's happening on the WAN side. Friday night is a great time to run it too.
