Broadband has been down for days

There is a fault on the external connection to my property that was detected and reported a few days ago. 

I've chased support a few times to ask when an engineer is coming to fix but have had no response. 

I keep being promised an update or call from the level 2 support engineers. But nothing yet. 

My partner and I both work from home and really struggling. 

Can anyone from Vodafone help?

I'm sorry to hear that you're without broadband, as I do appreciate the importance of being able to remain connected, especially when you rely on it for work. If your fault ticket has been escalated to the Second-Line Tech Support, they will work the ticket and get back to you.
