Buffering only on Amazon Prime TV.

I've recently moved to Vodafone full fibre broadband and everything is working well except when trying to watch something on Amazon Prime TV. I can watch for 10 to 15 mins, then get constant buffering, or poor quality like it is running on a low bandwidth. I have completed a speed test when this happens, but this is fine with speeds around 300mbps. I have also tried to get help via the online Vodafone support, but they can't find any issues with any of their tests.

All other streaming services work fine and the problem with Prime TV occurs across multiple devices.

Any ideas of any other options to try to resolve???

@MJ1527  Change the DNS settings to 8.8.4.4 and 1.1.1.1 and see if that helps.
