We always just paid our bills by direct debit and just get emails of the sum being deducted, but I was about to switch to a vodafone mobile and i wanted to see what bundle offers they have, unfortunately each time i try to register with my order number it says my accounts is locked for 30 minutes, i try again and the same thing happens, no idea why as all it asks me for is the web order number and my name, then a locked 30 minutes message appears. what is going on?

Hello, @joannakost. I hope you're well.
I appreciate the importance of being able to register your MyVodafone account so that you can manage your service. From what you've described, it sounds like your service isn't active yet, and so that'll be the reason why you're having difficulty with the online account.
Until your broadband order has completed, you won't have any active services on your account and so there will be no services for the online account to pull through, and so that's causing this error. Once your broadband is up and running, you'll be able to register and login to manage your service.
