New to Vodaphone broadband. Connected 27/12/24. Since then had almost 10 hrs worth of calls to tech support but no resolution We have ProII with 2 boosters. Certain websites/apps like Etsy, Linkedin , pinterest don’t work on my iphone, macbook or windows laptop. (but they do on my husbands iphone). This voda forum page doesn’t load ( can’t connect to server) despite having full wifi signal. However it does work on my husbands phone. My linkedin was working fine on Saturday and after speaking to an agent on Sunday it doesn’t connect. Interestingly every time they reset one device another device gets disconnected. They cannot find a solution. Anyone else experienced this? If I cannot find a solution in 24hr we are unfortunately leaving the service. Please help.
